Welcome!

Well, hello there! Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy lives to spend some time with me. Que Sera Sarah has been something I have wanted to do for years, but lacked courage to actually commit. Over the last year in particular, friends and family repeatedly asked for vacation recommendations, recipe ideas, and motivation to lead a life full of intentionally healthy choices. A lot of them encouraged me to start this blog as a way to better share all of this with you! //

As my husband will tell you, I’m a planner. I like to know exactly what I’m getting into before I make any moves. I plan vacations six months in advance, I meal prep at least a week in advance, I bring a jacket because there’s a chance it could be cold, etc.  So let me tell you, this is WAY out of my comfort zone! Nonetheless, I’m very excited for this new opportunity. If there is anything you would love to hear about on Que Sera Sarah, please let me know! I’m always open to suggestions and questions. //

As a traveler I hope to bring you unique experiences that immerse you in your destination. Travel brings so much fullness and vibrancy to life. I love researching new places, excursions, restaurants, and cultures. It’s what connects us all together and hopefully makes us realize that we aren’t all that different from each other. Whether you crave the mountains or the beach, I hope to share with you our most memorable adventures. //

As a cook I hope to enrich your life with whole, healthful, and homemade deliciousness. Cooking at home doesn’t have to be intimidating or costly. We make yummy and approachable recipes that nourish our bodies to live full and active lives. Of course we indulge from time to time! What’s life without dessert!? Some of my recipes are my own creations, some were shared with me by family and friends, and others were inspired by Pinterest. You don’t have to always make your own recipes to be an accomplished cook! I hope to show you cooking is fun and a delicious way to bring people together. //

As a cardiac nurse I hope to bring you useful knowledge that can help you thrive in health. Everything I share with you is based in my own personal research, education, and sometimes, opinion. By no means should my views take precedence over what you and your physician decide is best for your medical health. With that being said, I love to share recommendations based on my own personal experiences. From protein powder to sleep, workouts to essential oils, green beauty and self care, I hope I can help you feel empowered in your own health journeys!  //

Let’s get this party started!

XOXO, Sarah
